Billing questions
The first Team or Business subscription of an organization starts with 14 days free. Checkout asks for a card and your company VAT ID; cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Only testers and admins, the people who upload runs and administer the organization. Viewers who read, approve and return runs are free and unlimited in every plan.
New shared runs are refused until the next month, an upgrade or a cleanup. Nothing already stored is deleted because of a limit, and local previews are never limited.
Yes, any time in the billing portal. An upgrade applies at once and is prorated; a cancellation applies at the end of the paid period, and your data stays readable and exportable.
Prices exclude VAT. Czech businesses pay 21 % VAT, businesses elsewhere in the EU are invoiced under reverse charge. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment.
Enterprise can run in your own Cloudflare account or with its own files domain, SSO and a contract. Write to us and we will agree on the terms.
